Dear

I recently wrote an article on getting your body changing for the better.

It's clear that if you want your body to change, you need to give it a pretty good reason.

As soon as your body gets used to a certain exercise it becomes less effective. That's why if you want to keep losing weight or toning up it's so important to change your workout on a regular basis.

Even if you stick with the same workout, try progressing by increasing the weight you use, doing more reps, or taking less rest. All these steps will force your body to be fitter, stronger and of course, more toned.

Here's what a client of mine had to say about the changes we made to his program:

"I've been in and out of gyms for years and followed standard routines or workouts out of magazines but have always become bored or discouraged with lack of results.

Kieran listened to what I wanted to get out of my training and has developed dynamic routines that take into account my goals and past injury problems. The result has been a constantly evolving training program which has improved my core strength and posture, increased my energy levels and helped me to lose weight. Kieran constantly adjusts the programs so that my body never gets complacent and training never gets boring or routine." Mike Craig - Leeds
